Are your products genuine leather?+

Yes. We work with quality leathers. Each product description notes its material.

Do you have fixed prices?+

Yes — every product shows its fixed USD price. Add pieces to your inquiry cart and check out; we confirm your order by email.

Are products in stock or made to order?+

All pieces are made to order. Your item is cut and stitched after you confirm your inquiry.

Can I request custom colours, sizes or branding?+

Yes. Custom colours, sizing and private-label branding (such as debossed logos) are available — mention your requirements in the inquiry notes or use the Custom Orders page.

Do you work with brands and retailers?+

Yes. We offer B2B wholesale, OEM, private label and fully custom manufacturing, with MOQs quoted per project. See Custom Orders.

Do you offer samples?+

Samples can be arranged for serious inquiries. Contact us with your requirements and we will confirm sample terms.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?+

Flat US $25 per order, worldwide, via tracked courier. Delivery takes 14–28 working days (your piece is made to order, then shipped internationally).

What is your return policy?+

Because pieces are made to order, returns are handled case by case. If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us with photos and we will make it right. See our Returns policy page.

How do I pay?+

After you place your order, we send a Payoneer payment request (you can pay by card or bank transfer) or share our bank details for a direct transfer. Card payment directly on the site is not yet available.

We are based in Sialkot, Pakistan, and export worldwide.
