Shipping Policy

How shipping works

All AعN CRAFT pieces are made to order in Sialkot, Pakistan, and shipped worldwide. Flat-rate international shipping: US $25 per order via tracked courier — the same rate wherever you are.

What affects shipping

• Your delivery country and address
• Order size and weight
• Chosen shipping method (standard or express, where available)

Production before shipping

Production begins after you approve your quote. We will give you an estimated production window with your quote; shipping time is additional.

Tracking

Where the carrier supports it, we share tracking details by email once your order ships.
