Shipping Policy

Last updated: October 2026.

How shipping works

All AعN CRAFT pieces are made to order in Sialkot, Pakistan, and shipped worldwide. Because every order is different, shipping costs, carriers and timeframes are confirmed individually with your quote — before you approve anything.

What affects shipping

• Your delivery country and address
• Order size and weight
• Chosen shipping method (standard or express, where available)

Production before shipping

Production begins after you approve your quote. We will give you an estimated production window with your quote; shipping time is additional.

Tracking

Where the carrier supports it, we share tracking details by email once your order ships.

Questions
